Disappointed when Sliding screen door I need was not available even though online search states its in stock. Asked an associate, who stated that’s all they got. This is s busy place with lots of contractors all over. Hopefully they’ll keep items on shelves arranged and floor cleaned. There are hd nearby bigger than this location yet still managed maintain cleanliness, arrangements and availability of employees to help out with simple inquiries. Garden section is nice and well stocked.

I sure wish I would have got the gentleman’s name them is in the lumber department I need it off stick to hang my JESUS IS OUR ONLY HOPE FLAG and he helped me out tremendously!!! The employees there are always nice and friendly upbeat energetic ready to help. I went to Lowe’s the next day and the gentleman Kenny was awesome he was awesome but the woman at the front door where you come in and she’s at the register she had the nastiest attitude you ever want to encounter.

Waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes for my curbside order. Finally came inside to learn they hadn’t even acknowledged my order info in the system and so I waited another 40 minutes for them to get my order from the back, since it would take 7 days for a refund for me to pick it myself. Disappointed. Had to update to add more time because they only brought out half my order. It turns out my order hadn’t even been picked when I was notified it was ready. I even gave them 48 hours additional to pick it, since that seems to be the going rate of timeliness for this Home Depot. I had another order at Lowe’s (which I typically use) and they had my order out to my car in 5 minutes.

What a nightmare this hopefully will be read by upper management who probably have not a clue as to what goes on in the field. This blame is on your upper management. Contractor needed two items and I elected to go as he told me they were standard. First you have 100 people working and only 5 have any knowledge. First 2 guys one unhelpful and seemed annoyed by question he was with another guy who wanted to be helpful and had a willingness to help. However when I asked for toilet bolts and rollers for a shower door they both looked at me like I was crazy and I had to explain what the items were for????? Rude guy gave me one aisle number that was correct a second aisle number that was so far off it was like I asked for concrete and he sent me to lawn and garden. When I went to first aisle person had no clue what I was talking about again talking to me as if what I was looking for did not exist. I noticed he was just finishing up BEING UNHELPFUL to another customer who had to find what he was looking for himself. Although this guy was polite he had not a clue. Talked to 3 other people no clue finally talked to a lady seemed like a senior employee told me what I wanted was a part and they probably do not carry it, what….. Is this Home Depot? but check a certain aisle which was wrong found a senior employee he was somewhat helpful. Over heard young man I encountered earlier saying he was brand new. Home Depot revamp your training. You do not go on the floor with no knowledge 1st 5 days should be spent familiarizing yourself with the store set up and each aisle and basic tools and parts. Everywhere there were employees but very little knowledge why??? Most said good morning but beyond that with most nothing. When I got home and told my contractor what happened he confirmed and said ” those people know nothing they just work there”. Fix this Home Depot!!!!!

This is such a trashy Home Depot. Why is there saw dust on all of the door bells? The app and the website always claim specific tools and materials are in stock but I have been sorely disappointed every time I go in. You do not feel safe in the store or in the parking lot. Just don’t even bother
