If you’re looking for assistance or need something custom – plan ahead and allow extra time. Walk-in and ask would take 30+ minutes to get a correct associate.

1. You can try bargain for clearance items- sometimes works in this store
2. Cull lumber rack is pretty big (but not on the store map, have to ask)

Lady with the queen face tattoos needs better customer service training. Very rude and not helpful when we were at the store. We had 3 carts by the pro desk and she came and closed it making us go through the normal lines backing everyone up. She didn’t help with out problems when we asked and had a nasty attitude about it the entire time. Customers should not be treated that way, if you don’t want to be at work clock out. The cashier Eric was helpful, she should take lessons.

I was using the curbside pickup option. I entered the information telling them where my car was parked and I waited. And waited and waited and waited. A young man whose job it was to collect carts saw me waiting and asked if he could help me I explained to him what was wrong that even though I had notified the store that I was there nothing was happening. His name was Nelson and he was the most helpful polite employee. It was not his job to be helping me but each time when he came out to get the carts he saw that I was still there and so he went in and notified the customer service I assume that I was there and no one was responding. Then as I’m standing in the parking lot by where the pickup number that I gave the information for I saw another young man who worked in the store so I ran over to him and told him and he went back into the store and tried to find someone to help me get the order. My order was finally brought out after much waiting and I believe it was not for Nelson and the other young man unfortunately I didn’t get his name I would have had an absolutely zero experience with the pickup.

Store is a mess. Used to be simple to find what you were looking for. Past 4 weeks the lumber is constantly blocked by carts, fasteners are everywhere except their proper location. Not worth the waste of time to try to find what you are looking for at this location.

I visited this place to buy a few planters and while looking at the shelves an African American lady approached me and asked whether I was looking for something. I though she is just a customer like me trying to be nice but when asked her, she told me she was an employee. She was about to leave the store after her shift so she didn’t have typical HS apron. Anyway, I cannot believe human beings like he still exist. She spend almost half an hour of her own time helping me to not only find the items I needed but also found people to help me take them down from the shelves. Thank you Nana (or Nuna) for being so helpful and nice. I drove more than 40 minutes to get to that store and would have retuned home empty hands without your help. Thank you as well as the Spanish speaking lady and also African-American guy who helped me to get what I needed.
