This last time at the Tulare location, my wife brought in our pick-up in with a puncture in the driver side rear tire. What looked like a bolt of some sorts was still in the tire and she asked to have it patched. The gentleman working the counter told her that the tire already had too many patches and “it is against California law to patch a tire more than three times.” This didn’t sound right to my wife, so she called me, and I head over the phone the individual say again it was illegal. This particular set of tires only has 15k miles on then and there has only been one other patch on this set of tires. Nevertheless, they offered to sell her a new tire because they could not patch this one, but they didn’t have any on hand that were similar and therefore she needed a whole new set. she polity declined and went on her way. when driving to the new tire store a tire pressure indicator come on in the pick-up. Normally that would make sense given the situation, but this indicator light was for an OVER-PRESSURE! 51 PSI !!!
I don’t know any reason they would have needed to over fill a punctured tire other than to induce a more immediate failure rendering the truck undriveable. Fortunately, my wife got out and lowered the tire pressure before any serious damage could be done. This is unethical and dangerous, and we would never recommend anyone to patron this establishment.

Went in because my car has a knocking sound from front passenger tire which sounds like worn out bushings. Their tech inspected it and said it just needed new struts so we got the new struts for $600. Still has the same knocking sound but I will not have their incompetent techs touch my car again for more money .

Took my Chevy Silverado for an alignment and when the truck was done I asked how it came out and was told it was still a few degrees off but not bad, three months later the brand new tires I purchased right before the alignment are completely worn on the outside edge due to those few degrees they said was not a problem. Called them up and they said there is no warranty cause the truck is modified (lowered) which was done professionally the right way by another well known local shop. First and last time I take my business here, they could have just told me that I needed additional parts like special camber bolts to actually put the alignment into spec and I would have spent the money to have it done right the first time.
