Every time your trucks come through, they never clean the trash off the ground. Today they damaged the trash can, and still didn’t clean up the ground. I took this picture 5 minutes ago. You have some lazy workers. I had to clean it myself so that the trash can could actually fit into it’s spot. We haven’t been able to close the door fully, until I did something about it today. That’s ridiculous I have to finish their job.

I don’t know what happened, but service has gone down hill. We’ve had WM service for almost 20 years. Whenever we had a few extra bags of trash we would leave them next to the can. A few weeks ago, the driver did not pick up an empty box next to the can. I emailed WM and they apologized and said it would not happen again. Well, it happened again and this time the driver just dumped the trash on the street. I called and was told that they would send a driver out the next day. Nothing happened. I called back and was told they had no record of my email or phone call. Then, I was put on hold for about 20 minutes. Terrible service, terrible customer service. I called back and was told that there was a policy change for “safety reasons.” Apparently, it is dangerous for the drivers to get out of the truck. They will, however, for a charge of $4 per bag pick up extra bags. I guess $4 is how much WM values “safety.” I’ll be cancelling our WM service and going with another company ASAP.

My recycling only gets picked up every other week. Last week, they just drove past and failed to pick up my recycling. I had it out the night before. Right next to my regular trash, which they did actually pick up.
I’ve called them at least 8 or 9 times. They’ve promised me they were coming on 5 different days this past week to make up for the missed pick up and failed to show up for any of them. No call, no nothing. Just a no show. I call them back and they say they’re coming the next day. They don’t.
I even called there corporate offices and they are all polite and seem like genuine people. But the operations behind the Aurora WM office is absolutely horrid. They have yet to keep a single promise.
If you can avoid WM, do it. It’s not worth the hours I’ve spent on the phone trying to get them to do the one job I pay them for. Pick up trash. They fail at every turn.
***. In response to the company’s reply: I did contact wmcares. They are the ones that promised me the Thursday pickup would absolutely happen. It didn’t. I even sent an email the VP of operations for the western region. No reply.

Day number 4 of calling customer service to get our trash pickup. Was told dispatch was on the way and we were just a few stops from pickup???? Yeah ok, it’s Sunday, another night of racoons, and trash still sitting there. But found out customer service number online is a fraud number. Been talking to phony reps.
Will be filling a Better Business report today. . You have people out there trying to destroy your business.
This was trash at night sitting there again.
