I’m not a professional chef & I don’t own a restaurant, but I love coming here for home equipment, supplies & food. We buy a ribeye and/or a New York strip loin roast & cut it into steaks. Vacuseal them and freeze them. Break up 5lb peppered bacon into 1 lb pkgs for breakfast. The meat prices are awesome when you think about how many meals you can get. We’ll keep coming here for our bul meats & supplies we need.

While they do have a decent selection, many of the items are actually priced higher than at other sources. What really bothers me is that they have decided to limit their customers to those who are not on food assistance. They do not accept EBT payments.
