Where to even start ?! First, Doctor Vega thank you for making my labor literally painless to the point the baby was out in 20 minutes and we were laughing and joking between pushes ! Nurse Nadine, you are amazing as well. My labor was so personal just Nadine and Dr.Vega with my fiancé and I. The epidural they gave me was so strong I didn’t feel a thing! From the moment I got admitted due to low amniotic fluid , to the very first nurse in triage who hugged me and said I would be okay, to the PA telling me I saved my baby’s life by knowing to come in after not feeling her move much one evening at 37 weeks and 5 days…. Every single interaction down to the people who come in and change your trash felt so personal and genuine. Many meals we didn’t pay for at all, not even my fiancé. Free mental health consult, free lactation consultant (Rachel is amazing ) who came back twice and literally taught me how to do everything, even pump. amazing food, comfy beds, suites with your own bathrooms , 24/7 attentive care from all staff. Not a single bad interaction with anyone. Mala on mama and baby floor was absolutely amazing and sweet, she was the most memorable one to me, she is a very warm and caring nurse. Jenny as well! Jenny helped me change my pads out and really felt like having my own mother there with me. Everyone said congratulations and made me feel at home. We even had to stay a fourth night due to baby having jaundice and they fought to make sure we didn’t have to switch rooms. Walk in warm showers, free aftercare supplies for mama and baby. It makes me want to have another baby just to come back ! Thank you Winnie Palmer and staff for making the scariest most exciting time of our life feel like home. I will never forget these very first moments in this place. Our night nurse Karen also helped us a lot and recommend giving baby binky while she was under photo therapy and now my baby latches better during feeding. I am so sad to leave tomorrow. I’m genuinely so grateful for this experience. Love this hospital.

From beginning to end this place was wonderful . I came in to be induced a week early . All of the nurses were incredibly nice and attentive and constantly trying to make sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable . The food here was really good too . Hospital food being good has to be mentioned !!! Lol being induced was a little tricky . My body didn’t want to do everything as it should but they were able to inform me, give me options, and were patient with me . My labor process ended up being pretty nearly painless even before any kind of IV or epidural help . Must have been lucky ! Obviously near the end it got worse . Once we started the delivery process I was able to get my beautiful baby boy out within two contractions with their help and instructions . Of course my OB was there too . Natasha Spencer . I absolutely love her . There was one night nurse on the postpartum floor that was kind of rude and didn’t really want to come into my room . She was the one nurse that didn’t introduce herself or anything . But honestly besides her , this was all perfect . I cannot mention enough how they try to make sure you are comfortable during your visit . And want to make sure you get the most out of your experience . They are filled with so much knowledge and are more than ready and willing to share to help you when you leave the hospital as well . They even helped me find a pediatrician . Thank you guys so much for everything . I had the greatest experience . I loved it !

My experience was really great in the hospital you can feel It that they cared about your wellness and your babies. Doctor Cruz and the staff that helped me during my c section was great. I can give 100% to my nurse Pretima, she was great with me and my family. She was willing to help me all the time. I really appreciate everything that she had done to me and my baby. The food was awesome ! Everything delicious and very kind staff.
The only bad thing that I can say is that nobody clean my room and we asked for a vacuum because we were concerned about our baby and they told us that they don’t clean it only take out the trash. Also I ask to change my sheets but they did not have the time and only gave to me to do it.
Other than that I’m really happy about my experience.

I don’t even know where to begin with this hospital. when my wife myself and my daughter arrived and checked in we were told that my daughter which is 11 could not stay overnight and had to leave before visiting hours were over. I asked several nurses about this and it was just point blank she can’t be here. so I informed them the only person in the family who could watch my daughter was my mother who is currently just admitted into another hospital with a pneumonia. I informed the staff that there is nobody to supervise my daughter so either I had to take her home and miss my son being born and not being there for my wife or that they through calling child family services on me because she’s there. Very nasty very short planning simple very unprofessional I understand rules are rules but also to if there’s nobody to watch my daughter you put me in a situation to stress out my wife that’s pregnant and myself and make my daughter feel unwanted. my wife came in to be induced and on her charts they put that she went into spontaneous labor because she was severely obese. Which is in accurate because we came in to be induced
The staff on the fifth floor all of them very unprofessional very rude cold I can’t say I was about to literally check out of there because this was turned into such a big ordeal. I will be filing a complaint in grievance with the AHCA for an accurate charting reports. Also I will contact the BBB.
This is hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hospital. we were so excited to find out we were going to Winnie Palmer because of word of mouth. But just be cautious and be aware of what’s going on in this hospital. However after this review I will be nominating at least two nurses and the anesthesiologist for recognition on the second floor which one above and beyond which was Sarah, Emily, and her anesthesiologist they were amazing they kept me calm
