I requested for updating my INDIA account to an NRI one, and everything went fine initially.
However they completely screwed up my US address and it has been more than a month with multiple emails and follow ups, they are not able to do a simple task of typing proper address as per the provided documents.
Cards, cheque books etc are being returned back due to improper address entry done by ICICI staff.
Online request says they cannot do anything, they stopped responding to mails 10 days ago. Call center has been totally useless. Cannot even use address change option since address has not changed (They typed wrongly formatted address and US services do not deliver even with those mistakes)
No resolution so far. Absolutely pathetic service by ICICI.
