This Firestone is horrible. I would give them -5 stars if i could. Made me wait for like 2 hours just to get the car diagnosed. Then I explicitly said I needed a Wheel alignment them they bring in the car with nothing done. Then after requesting them to get the alignment and waiting an additional hour they pulled my car out saying they did whatbthey did but the moment I took my car in the streets the car not aligned at all. I made the mistake of goin there without looking at any kind of review. Please don’t do this mistake. Do not go there.

DO NOT BOTHER TAKING YOUR CAR HERE! COMPLETE WASTE OR TIME!!!!! I had an appointment for 11AM today but the “technician” didn’t get it my car until 4PM!!!! Then FIVE HOURS LATER proceeds to tell me they won’t be able to fix my car because there isn’t enough time. Well, CHRIS! If y’all started on my car @ 11 then MAYBE my could would have been able to get serviced. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!!

This Firestone in Odenton MD is a big joke. Brought my car for repair and they keep on telling you it’s going to be done after two days, and then checking or updating on them, they said , it’s gonna be done the next day or so. This happened for almost 10 days. They dont give you updates instead you have to call them. Then, asking for how much it would cost for the repair, it’s different when you pick up your car. And that is if your car is ready upon arrival. After paying and telling you where your car is, then you find Battery is drained. So, they ask you for $200 repair/replacement of the battery. And you end up waiting and paying for it because you want to go home. They said there was a miscommunication in their part, but really ?!!! After 10 days they havent communicated to each other in that small shop. It is definitely rip off as they would say in receipt they did inspection but with the way they handle things, so I dont think so. I will never ever recommend this shop to any of my clients, friends and people I know. Total nightmare.

DO NOT GO HERE! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!
I have a 07 Civic.. I recently had a battery die and had to have the car towed here (as I live nearby). They told me I needed an alternator and a battery which was fine by me because I knew I hadn’t replaced either one in several years. The problem is they charged me $515 for a refurbished alternator-when I looked online myself at parts stores I could not find one that costs this much. It should have been around $200-$300 max for this part. I even called the store that they said they bought the part from (Advanced Auto) and they told me the price was $280. Absolutely ridiculous that they inflated the price to $515 plus $200 for Labor on top of everything. THEN MY CAR DIED ON ME 2 DAYS LATER in the middle of the road because the alternator they used was faulty. This was totally terrifying for me. THERE ARE ARTICLES ONLINE about Firestone overcharging customers. I am livid because I was in a desperate situation when I took it there to be fixed and they totally took advantage of me. It’s a shame you cannot trust your local place to treat you fairly. I will tell everyone I know to never go here and I hope this review reaches many people.
