I went to the store to ship two packages and print. I have been in this location before and I have always had a good experience. Although there were 2 other customers in the store the young lady (Tay) immediately acknowledged me when I walked in. Then I was assisted within 2-3 minutes. I wasn’t sure how I wanted to ship but wanted to ensure the items arrived quickly. She gave me a few options after asking some questions. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. She even showed me how to use the print and go feature for some documents I needed to print. It was a smooth process.

Antonio was absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He provided me with the best assistance during a very difficult time in managing through the details of my uncle’s passing. He listened very attentively and provided the best suggestions regarding the printing of our memorial programs and the poster picture of my uncle. He consistently smiled throughout our entire interaction, paid close attention to detail and have exemplified the epitome of what true customer service is all about. And, because of Antonio, the store location will be one of the few locations I will ever consider doing business there.

I placed an emergency order for a standing banner 2 weeks in advanced. They called said they couldn’t do the job but provided it to another location which would take a week. Ok all of that is fine. I get a call that it’s ready the week it’s needed. Come pick it up. I get there they have printed the banner but oh well we don’t have the stand that you paid for its on back order. We can only keep your print and refund the cost. Can’t give you credit for the print so you can go find a stand. You are just out of luck lady. Sorry we didn’t tell you and wasted an entire week of your time. So unprofessional… Offered zero resolution to help after you made the error. Took the job to Staples, got it back the same day with plenty of support and all the appropriate tools…

The store manager Tay is extremely rude. I’m a frequent FedEx Office customer, and haven’t had any customer service issues whatsoever using FedEx Office all over the US. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case here.
