We were interested in renting a car. A service representative escorted us into the office. She took our identification and credit card. She was very friendly. As she was entering our information into the system a gentleman approach from a desk on the opposite side of the room wjere he was helping another customer and said ” We don’t have anymore cars.” My husband asked about a different location and he said, “They are all the same.” He said this without checking the system. After he made that statement, the very nice lady who was helping us gave our cards back. We left. He made these statements with a rudeness. I must say I was sitting the whole time as my husband interacted/ shot the breeze with the friendly sales associate. It appears the gentleman didn’t like their interaction, but we felt rushed out. We were their on Friday April 22nd at 9:20 am. We did not have a reservation but his lack of courtesy was not acceptable.

The staff at this location is outstanding. It was extremely busy when I went to pick up my car. The staff was managing returns, helping to clean cars to turn them around quickly, and still were able to be pleasant and helpful while checking people in. Highly recommend renting from this location if you are in downtown Chicago.

Worst service ever! Very Unprofessional and unaccommodating. Employees didn’t inform us key information regarding deposit + rental car fees. They refused to run my credit card the second time. Employee was rude right from the start. Manager didn’t care. Great image you guys are giving for the rest of Enterprise! I would like someone to reach out by phone and apologize for ruining my family trip.

I’ve been lucky enough to rent from this Enterprise location several times this year — the service is always top notch, and as an incredibly picky driver, Xe always helps me in choosing the right vehicle and/or swapping out vehicles when I need a change. He is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond in making sure my experience is nothing but 5 stars!

My experience with this location was a complete nightmare. We received a vehicle 15 passenger van with the tire light on, instead of doing an inspection on the van the rental agent filled the tire with air and sent my sister and dad on their way.
We were traveling to my niece’s college graduation, however; we were late including the graduate herself
We had to keep stopping to air up the tire, we tried getting a replacement van with no success
It got to the point whereas we reached out to roadside assistance and they were very unaccommodating. Roadside assistance offered to come recover the van and we were advised we would have to find a way to the GRADUATION .
We asked if they could come out and fix the tire and was told NO!!!
The tire ended up popping in my dad’s face, busted his mouth, his eye and face all swollen, there were several witnesses to include those that heard the loud noise and ran over to assist us!!!
We ended up purchasing a tire out of our own money and was advised by Laverne, an Enterprise representative we would be reimbursed, upon returning the vehicle my dad was not reimbursed and they still tried to charge my sister a portion for the van.
I will never use Enterprise again due to the rudeness,
unaccommodating people, bad service and faulty vehicle put on the road that caused injuries to my dad, caused us to almost miss the graduation
What was supposed to be great family time together turned out to be the worst trip of our lives which could have been fatal and far worse
