This is a review about the overall company + customer service & not this specific store. Unfortunately, aside from emailing crocs customer service (which they don’t answer), this is the only place to complain.
I requested the size I typically wear in crocs. It took 17 days to receive my shoes and I wasn’t even able to track my package. I called to inquire why I couldn’t track my package and customer service claimed that since my crocs were part of a collab, that information isn’t available to me. That doesn’t make sense to me and shouldn’t be how a company runs.
Unfortunately, the shoes are extremely oversized. I am normally a 7.5 in women’s shoes but I wear an 8 in crocs – so that is what I ordered. These shoes are 1in too long and look like clown shoes. Totally unwearable. I’ve never experienced this before with my other shoes that are size 8. I emailed customer service on Tuesday 12/6 – I still haven’t gotten a reply 6 days later. I text the number for customer service twice on Friday (12/9) and once today – still no reply. I tried the chat service today but got disconnected in the middle of my chat (after waiting 20min in the queue) and when I refreshed the page, chat was suddenly unavailable. I called and was waiting for 40min just for a customer service rep to tell me I could not return my shoes because they are part of a collab. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said they were currently in a meeting but she would give them my name and number to call back – nobody has called me back. I asked for ANY managers name or email so I would not rely on them to reach out and she said there is no way to reach managers, they have to call customers. Literally ridiculous.
I’m extremely disappointed with the business practices Crocs has chosen. I understand a collab is a special situation, but when sizing is so far off and out of my control, I’m the one that loses. I have shoes I cannot wear and I can’t even get my money back or an exchange. They are running another raffle, so I know there is inventory for an exchange. Information for returns is only found once you search for FAQs, then look under returns and THEN collab returns, but it’s nowhere at checkout, in the terms and conditions or before submitting a raffle ticket. I will not be buying crocs again and I will be encouraging others to do the same unless they want to be irritated when problems arise.

My daughter bought me Crocs boots for Christmas and per google entry it said that croc boots are waterproof and I am here to tell you they are NOT. Warm, comfortable, stylish YES BUT water proof no no no they are not as i sit here with a wet sock cause water got on the top of my boot. The material y’all use around the heal and ankle should be used on top where the holes are. I gave yall a 4 because my feet stayed warm in Chicago in below weather and they are comfortable. Makers of crocs please upgrade this boot and contact me so that I can get a new waterproof pair….. For the record I didn’t buy the boot from this store but I am hoping to get crocs attention.

Awful arrived at 4:50 on a Saturday evening to buy white crocs for a 10 year old boy…. Door was locked, asked to come in, door stayed lock. Worst service ever!!! Store is a joke and security guard is worse.

? Store says they close at 5 but they don’t. They close early and as someone who works at retail, that’s not right. They close 15 mins early? Put it on the site that the store closes at 4:45. I wanted to see if they had one pair of crocs I’m looking for and then I would’ve been out but I couldn’t go in because they’re “closed.” I would understand being asked to leave by 5 but I still have the right to go in and out before 5pm.
