Brett gave us a fair price to fix the door and quarter panel on our van. He not only fixed it in a timely manner but the quality of work they did amazes me. The paint work he did looks better than the day we bought it. This is the third time I’ve had them do work for me in past 15 years and highly recommend them.

Do not let Brett Burr touch your vehicle. He wanted to charge me around $380 for three days of storage ($75 a day, in foot tall grass behind his building), $150 for a 10 mile tow to his shop(which was supposed to be covered through State Farm) he apparently “doesn’t deal with State Farm, why accept the tow at all?, and $40 for the “half hour of time I wasted on it”. He refused to give me the keys when I showed up and questioned the amount he was charging me, and only after arguing with him and threatening to bring him to court over it, did I get my car back for the low price of $216.

I brought my 06 Ford Fusion to Brett Burr, owner of Burr’s Body Shop for an estimate. He took the time to explain everything regarding insurance company info right down to rental vehicle & all the inbetweens. It was a pretty bad deer hit, I dropped my car off, as a courtesy he took me to pick up my rental. 5 days later I picked my car up & was amazed at how great a job he had done. It never looked like it was even hit. The paint job was beautiful, matched perfectly. I would highly recommend Burr’s Body Shop. It was an all around perfect experience. I would highly recommend Burr’s Body Shop for multiple reasons, for the time he took to explain the estimate, parts, a decent time frame when it would be done, help with the rental & most important, my car looked brand new as if I just drove it off a New car dealers lot. Thank you Brett & crew, you made me a very happy woman. You are now my official body man.
