This was our first visit to Burger Fi and it was ok, but certainly had room for improvement. It’s clear they are suffering from the rustiness that grand opening will bring. We opted to wait 40 minutes for our burgers, which felt a little long. On the plus side the staff was friendly, despite being busy, and the menu had lots of options. A few of the cons were: the dining area was completely in disarray (in the 60 minutes we were there, not a single table was cleaned, including the one sat at), and they were out of several items at the drink/condiment station. I will say they had what seemed like lots of staff, which was nice but it only further creates confusion on why the long cook times and dirty restaurant. Regardless of the “cook to order” passion; nearly 45 minutes for a couple of burgers and fries is on the extreme end. Nevertheless, wasn’t a bad visit, just somewhat net neutral. We’ll give it another shot to see if they kinks get worked out.

Ummmmm a lot of these comments seem to be saying it was okay. It was. But really that’s it. Food quality wasn’t bad but five guys and culvers are either better or cheaper. The fancy toppings for their burgers were. Touch paltry and their portion size as a whole wasn’t so great. House made sauces were charged 70 cents for a 2 Oz souffle cup that wasn’t full.
Burger was salty and the fries could’ve used the salt that went there. Also only three onion rings in the cry and fry. The photos below are of the CEO burger and the SWAG wagyu burger. Just trying to be informative. Please give them a try. I just don’t see the reason to go back. Support good restaurants!

This was the first time I’ve eaten a Beyond brand plant based burger. BurgerFi prepared the patty perfectly, nicely browned on the outside with a slight pink color inside, which is desired. However, my husband ordered an egg to top his burger but didn’t receive it. It actually ended up in my burger instead, and I didn’t notice until a few bites in. The egg was over hard. My husband went back inside to ask for his egg, and the one he received a few moments later was a perfect egg over medium, just how he likes it. Just sucks it didn’t come out correctly the first time, as he’s a person that wants all his food piping hot. We ordered onion rings too, and he thought they were too greasy and the onion slices too thick, with some slightly underdone. The flavors of everything were great, though!
The left-hand kiosk that you can use to place your order at the counter (only if paying by card) functions mostly fine, but it would not print the receipt, and no options showed up for the beer and wine category. The customize options worked out very well. The time from ordering to initially receiving the food took about 10-15 minutes. It was nice to sit outside to wait, and the tables have umbrellas.
I’m a little perplexed about how restaurants are pricing the non-meat options higher. The whole meal was more expensive than expected and influences how likely I would come back.

Came in today to have lunch and staff of 6 people and a room packed with people. I have to say, the staff are incredible and Sierra handling the front by herself was multitasking at its best. She not only was serving people and taking orders and doing it with a smile on her face and being courteous to everyone. The staff behind cooking the food andaking the shakes were so quick and efficient and was one of the best burgers we’ve had here. They are a great team that handle a packed restaurant flawlessly. BurgerFi is so lucky to have such a great crew working here!

Tried this place Sunday 11-27 due to overwhelmingly positive reviews. The signature burger has two small patties, lettuce, tomato,special sauce. The patties had an unappealing crumbly texture and were quite greasy. The burger flavor was unpronounced in any way other than greasy. The sauce was barely detectable. I could taste it but it was either so little or so bland that I could not tell what flavors it was supposed to have and it did not add anything to the burger. The bun was decent and a little unusual a kind of soft bread. Overall I was very disappointed with this $9 burger. If you are going to reimagine the prototypical ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato, crisp
dill pickle burger your burger better have something to say. This one had nothing good to say in terms of quality or flavor.
Lastly I looked at a picture I took of the burger to text to a friend after I ate it. I was disturbed to find what pretty clearly looks like a piece of metal shaving in the party on the right side. Not good.
