Unfortunately the customer service at this location was really bad. I was stranded for a weekend without a car and had grabbed a last minute rental from another one of the big three and they had been super helpful to me but they didn’t have the options I needed in a vehicle (I needed to return it to an airport location) so they were gracious enough to let me return the vehicle they had given me earlier then planned and after hours. I then made a reservation with Avis because they did have what I needed and set the pick for this location. I was delayed on the way to pick up the car and called letting the attendant know that I was on my way but may be a few minutes late. He was very rude on the phone and absolutely refused to wait an extra 1-2 minutes for me. He said he was leaving at 2pm whether I was there or not. I walked up to the door of the place right at 2pm and the place was locked and he was gone, which means that he closed up early to be completely out of there by 2pm. Maybe he had a good reason, and maybe others have taken advantage of him in the past but he didn’t say. He was just rude and completely unwilling to work with my situation even though I was doing all I could on my end to work out a solution. It was quite a shock in difference from the previous company that I had just rented with. I was stuck without a car. Avoid this location at all costs if you can.

This guy is the worst customer service agent ever. Was not truthful. Bad attitude, whined about his long work hours just awful. Avoid at all costs. Gave me a sub-par vehicle I will never rent with Avis at all after my experience with him. Hertz is Best

Haptom (Manager at the above facility) is a wonderful and amazing person and is always very pleasing, courteous and sincere in his dealings to make Customers happy and feel at ease.
We have always been in receipt of extremely good cars and love his friendliness, courteousness and professionalism

My company always uses Avis (unfortunately), and this location is always my worst experience. We arrived at night and were waiting for a bus for over half an hour. We tried to call Avis, but no one answered. It was cold, 6 people were standing outside waiting. We saw Hertz van doing rounds 3 times. When the bus arrived no one apologized. In the office no one apologized either. There was one employee, who took his time and was constantly screaming at us for not wearing masks. I was second in a line and took another 23 minutes to get a car. Afraid to think how long others were waiting.

I cannot express enough my gratitude and satisfaction with this location and particularly the customer service representative. From start to finish, the process was easy and enjoyable. I felt respected and knowledgeable about the process/my choices/the car all because of how thorough the gentleman was. It was a joy to work with him. The car was a perfect fit and blessed me beyond what I can say.
