I was greeted by Raven upon entrance. She was nice and helpful. This was my first time here. We found a table and chair we wanted and purchased. But they didn’t have it in box at this store but called other store on Winchester. They had it there and we were told they will be waiting for you to pick it up. About twenty fives minutes we arrived at that location. After three employees looking for item…… only to be told they couldn’t locate item. I called back to speak to Raven at previous store and was told they sold it. Which was a lie!!! Then she said I could purchase display for $50 less. Ugh No!!!!! I was highly disappointed and at a loss for words.Please do better

I tried to give AF another chance and once again I’m dissatisfied. I purchased items to be delivered and one item was broken by the delivery drivers. I wasn’t upset about it because I assumed I would get replacement in a timely manner. I was wrong. It’s been five days and I still have not received the replacement. Every time I call I get rushed off of the phone and told its coming today. Again it’s been five days. When I do call I get told “our driver doesn’t come in until 4pm”. This would be nice to know when making the purchase. I can only assume the driver still hasn’t come in within the last five days. Management doesn’t take accountability. If you all don’t have drivers don’t offer a delivery service. Especially one that customers must pay for.

I recently visited this store with my partner. We were assisted by a young man named Jeremiah. He was very helpful during the application process, and helped us with the furniture we selected. We were asked which delivery day we wanted, and it was confirmed before we left the store. We visited on a Sunday, delivery was set for Wednesday. My partner called Tuesday, to confirm we would be delivered Wednesday. Wednesday comes, and guess what, no delivery. We were rescheduled for the next day, and we were not notified. We moved all of our furniture, with the expectation that the new furniture would be delivered today. Did not find out until we called Wednesday. The issue is not waiting one more day. The issue is the salesman switched the delivery date, and did not notify us. Therefore we are sleeping on the floor tonight, because of miscommunication. We both took off work today, and now have to take off another day. Manager named Mike reached out, and he was very nice. However, we are still not receiving our delivery today as promised. Please do better to make sure other customers do not experience the same issue.

I purchased a Frigidaire Microwave from them 2/28/2022. I specifically asked if there was anything else I needed to buy to install the appliance. and was told no. After I returned home there was a needed bracket and missing grease filters. The bracket was over $100 dollars and the filters were another $50. With the price of the microwave I spent over $500. I thought I was getting a good deal. But could have bought it brand new with all the needed items for less than $300. Yes I should have done my research, but it just shows me this company and store are out to rip people off.
